Cancellation and Withdrawal

Once the cancellation process is complete, no usage fees will be charged after the next renewal date.
*Fees paid up to the cancellation date are non-refundable.
Returns and Refunds
Due to the nature of this service, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds after service provision has commenced.
Furthermore, no refunds will be issued even if the user's service is suspended or terminated due to a violation of these Terms of Service.
